Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C/350°F/Gas 4).
Put the plums in the dish, sprinkle with the sugar and cover with PIMM’S. Slide these little beauties into the oven for half an hour.
Now for the rumble in the crumble. Whack the flour and butter into a bowl and rub together until it looks like crumbs. Add in the granola and sugar and mix. Take the baking dish with the plums in out of the oven and cover evenly with the mixture, like a lovely crumby, oaty blanket.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the topping is a golden brown colour and the juices are bubbling and your kitchen is full of expectant people holding spoons.

- 75ml Pimm’s Blackberry & Elderflower
