Pour your PIMM’S and lemon juice into the shaker. Assume the shaking position – elbows at 3 O’Clock – and give it some. Strain the liquid into a chilled champagne flute, top with champers and garnish. If you have lots of friends but only one bottle of fizz, add the champagne before you shake.

Ingredients

  • Champagne flute
  • 25ml PIMM’S Blackberry & Elderflower
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml elderflower cordial
  • Topped with Champagne
  • Lemon twist and a blackberry to garnish
