Pour your PIMM’S and lemon juice into the shaker. Assume the shaking position – elbows at 3 O’Clock – and give it some. Strain the liquid into a chilled champagne flute, top with champers and garnish. If you have lots of friends but only one bottle of fizz, add the champagne before you shake.
